Curry breaking his own 3 point record in a season

Steph Curry is looked at to be the greatest 3 point shooter of our generation, arguably the best 3 point shooter of all time. In the past 3 seasons Curry has broke his record for every year straight. In the 2012-2013 season he had 272 3 pointers, in the 14'-15' season he had 286 3's, and this season with still over 20 games to play he scored 288 3 pointers so far. The only other play to come close is the legend Ray Allen with his record in a season only being 269 and he was looked at as the best 3 point shooter of all time. He gets most of his assists from the other member of the "Splash Brothers" Klay Thompson with him assisting Curry 63 times for far this season. Draymond Green another player who plays for the majority of the time has assisted Curry 27 times this season. Curry shares the court with Klay for about 27.4 MPG (minutes per game) and with Green for 31.1 MPG so Curry is assisted by them 80% of the time which makes them 3 very dangerous when they are all on the court together at the same time. The versatility and the range of Steph Curry makes him the greatest 3 point shooter that the NBA has ever seen. 171 shots from him come from jump shots and 80 shots this season come from pull-ups. Curry can shoot from simply wherever he wants. He demonstrated that with a game winning 3 against the Oklahoma City Thunder on Feb. 27 with a shot from an outstanding length 32 feet out!

On his way for making the MVP for this season, Westbrook had his ninth triple double in getting the win over the Sacramento Kings on Monday night with the final score being 131-116. Russel finished with 20 points, 13 rebounds, and 15 assists, making him a major contributor, along with Kevin Durant, for the Thunder.
